Text messages are a low cost and low effort way for the surgery to keep you, our patient, updated, particularly for large scale communications, such as flu vaccination reminders.
You will notice that we are using a new service where you are able to reply to our messages, which helps us immensely. You may also be asked to complete the Friends and Family Test after your appointment. This feedback helps us improve our services to you. You can be removed from the service, simply contact the surgery and let us know.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you change your address, telephone number or name. It is important that we have up to date contact details in case we need to contact you. You can do this online or by completing our online form.
